Description
I'm physically pretty weak but I want to be strong and toned, I haven't worked out in years so I'm starting nice and easy with no weights. All you see is my undefined back stretching and flexing while I tell you the name of the movement I am doing with my arms. I do each movement for about 40 seconds on and 10 off.
