I've been wanting to share my messy toothbrushing with you for quite some time. I spread lots of toothpaste on my brush and immediately start scrubbing my mouth. I scrub my teeth, my gums, my tongue and the roof of my mouth. I work up so much of a lather that it begins to foam from my mouth and down my chin. I spit it out and then put my toothbrush back in to scrub some more, and spit that out too. Then I rinse by swishing some water around in my mouth.
