The legend states that it can control anyone no matter how strong their will. As long as you are holding the Mystic Orb in your grasp you can control all that gaze upon it. Black Widow feels that Batgirl would be the perfect test subject for her. If she can use it to control Batgirl's mind and body then she can control anyone!! She uses it to make her take off her mask, then not satisfied with that she makes her take off everything...
