Instructing him to lie naked on the floor, Kiko proceeds to trample his prone body from head to toe in her 6" stiletto boots while teaching him Japanese.

As if it wasn't difficult enough for this moron, Kiko digs her razor sharp heels into his stomach, chest and nipples deeper and deeper to elicit the proper response. The longer it takes him to get it right, the more painful Kiko makes his learning experience. Obviously, he was doomed to fail from the start.
