Rapture steps on his face so she can tighten her shoe, then begins to trample him. The sharp edges of the heel cut into his skin as all of Rapture's weight presses down into him. He is in obvious pain, but the trampling continues. After she has marked him up with her heels, she takes them off and finishes him off by trampling his stomach and face.
