He handcuffs them with their own cuffs and gags them right there in the office. They struggle. They don’t get out. He moves them to a different room and adds tape over their gags and their ankles to the chairs. He returns after a while and asks if they will give up their files. They agree. He gets the files and then just leaves them like that. They are still tied up!

Adams manages to get out of her cuffs and releases Blu as they talk about their next move which they think should be to report this incident to their boss, or maybe not.
