Sama is returning from lunch and enters an elevator at the hospital where she works. A second passenger arrives just as the doors are about to close. On the ascent, the elevator breaks down, trapping both of them inside. Sama calls for help and is told it will be at least an hour before the technicians can get to it because of another emergency. She tries to disguise her alarm at this news because she has rather a full bladder and is not sure she can hold her p-e-e in for that long.

As time passes, Sama paces and tries calling for help again. Things become even worse when her fellow passenger starts pouring orange juice into a cup and drinking it, the sound driving her mad with desperation. Things are soon so bad that Sama must admit to her condition because she can't hide it any longer. The question is, will she manage to hold it until the elevator is fixed and she can rush to the bathroom to relieve her bulging and aching bladder?
