Olivia is a corrupt cop, accepting bribes and extorting people who come to pay their fines. Officer Mia Brooks finds out and places her under arrest. She handcuffs Olivia behind her back with a pair of hinged cuffs and takes her to the mugshot board. Officer Mia then takes her mugshots before removing her cuffs and ordering her to take off her police uniform. Olivia does as she's told and Mia conducts a thorough strip search before putting her back in a pair of hinged handcuffs behind the back and a pair of leg irons. Mia then cuffs Olivia to the bench where she waits.

Officer Mia returns and uncuffs Olivia from the bench, and tells her they have a cell ready for her. Olivia complains and says she does't need a cell but Mia puts her in one anyway. Mia does not remove the cuffs or leg irons and she tells Olivia to behave before locking the cell and walking away. Olivia does her best to get comfortable on the cot, but soon Mia returns and tells her that higher security restraints are needed. She orders Olivia to lay on her stomach. Mia removes the leg irons and handcuffs, and instead uses two pairs of chained cuffs to hogcuff Olivia. She also puts a pair of toe cuffs on Olivia's big toes so she has no chance of escaping. Mia puts a ballgag tight around Olivia's face and leaves her in the cell like that.
