Barely stopping to catch her breath, she shovels in one mouthful after another of the greasy calorie-laden casserole. From time to time she pauses to take a drink poured from a quart of Half and Half. Underneath it, she's wearing a black lace bra and tights, and when she sits down again, we can see that her stomach is expanding. She polishes off the remainder of the stew and cream, and looks forward to the next caloricious course in Part 3.
