In this clip. Blondie discusses the nutrition and fitness prep that has helped her maximize her strength against her male competitors. She proceeds to show her interviewer, Scott, some of her favorite exercises to stay in shape on the road.

Blondie demonstrates push-ups, side lunges, jump squats, and a variety of lunge exercises. Each time she does a movement, the camera shows close-ups of her flexing back, glutes, triceps, hamstrings, legs, and calves.

At the end of the workout, Scott asks Blondie to pose and flex as he brings the camera close to examine her body one more time. She flexes her calves, quads, glutes, and biceps for him as he zooms in. Finally, she ends with a double bicep pose and then turns around so he can see her back muscles flex as well. Scott concludes the interview and wishes Blondie good luck in her next fight.
