The camera shows close-ups of her muscular back, glutes, and triceps as she does push-ups on the ground. As she proceeds to do lunges, the camera zooms in on her lean muscular legs and booty.

At the end of the workout, Scott asks Blondie to flex her muscles one last time. The camera zooms in on each muscle as they bulge and tighten. Scott concludes the interview by wishing Blondie good luck on her next fight, as she stands giving a double bicep pose, flexing her arms and back.
