I sit down and prepare myself for the heel removal process which proved to be much more painful and harder than I thought, my feet swelled so much today that I have extreme trouble pulling them off, I thought I would need butter or a doctor to help but I did eventually get them off.
Now for the painful rub down, it's so fucking harsh :(
