Recently I've really noticed how huge my belly is, especially when I'm sitting down. I don't know if this is something new or I just haven't been paying attention but it's HUGE. I start off by talking about how big my belly is and how much I feel it when I'm doing normal things. Then I measure a few different parts of my body while I'm sitting down and compare them to my other measurements.
