There’s so many different fitness workouts these days it’s hard to keep up, Beth and Amelia introduced us to one of there’s, I don’t fully understand it but it involves a loser and two pairs of balls, they incorporate kicking, kneeing, punching, slapping and some kind of karate chop motion. I guess the important thing is they both seem to enjoy it and I’m sure it helps burn calories... Look out for a class coming near you soon
