You do this several times. You shampoo your hair two times with much foam, and after each shampoo you dunk your head completely under the water, again deep under with breathholding as long possible. You also do this several times after each shampoo. After that you apply conditioner, and you rinse it the same way, with several deep and long dunkings. You make a last rinsing with the showerhead, head still down forward. You can be dressed any way you like.
