Shadowbat, Redbird and Catgirl have disappeared into the darkness, now Danica Grayson, step-daughter of the original Nitewing, flies solo into the night to find her friends before they vanish for good. The only clue she has to their disappearance is a mask similar to the one worn by one of Gotham Empires most evil villains, Dr. Glacier. Nitewing knows the clock is ticking, and her friends lives may be hanging in the balance, will she uncover the secret behind their disappearance, or will she fall victim to a much more sinister plot of ultimate revenge that is being hatched by Dr. Glacier?

Nitewing is a supplemental story to Shadowbat Descending to Darkness. It is a standalone story in the same universe.
