I really outdid myself with this one.
When I say that I've been trying to control my appetite, people think that I'm just kidding. Probably because all I seem to do is get fatter. But I really do try to not pig out every night. It's just so hard to stop myself. I get cravings for food, for snacking immediately after dinner, for sweets and cakes and sugary drinks. I just wanna lie on the couch and eat until I feel incredibly, uncomfortably full. Until my belly is laying next to me on the couch, in need of gentle rubbing.
