I've had some success in the gym this month, and I've been really trying my best to improve my stamina and strength before my vacation. But, the urge to pig out is stronger than ever. I felt some pangs of regret after finishing such a large meal, as the meal rested heavy in my belly. My cheat day turned into a three-day cheat weekend, which undoubtedly impeded my fitness progress. After this eating session, off camera, I couldn't stop thinking about getting more food. Fortunately, I had another box of BBQ waiting for me for dinner!
