Every time I do a stuffing like this, my belly gets stretched out and I feel SO hungry the next couple days. Even if I had been trying to eat better, packing myself full like this is guaranteed to derail that effort. But it feels so good to let loose and binge . I'm at my happiest when I'm gobbling down delicious food, like savory BBQ poutine, Krispy Kreme donuts and chocolate milk .

And, if there's one thing I do nearly as naturally as overeating , it's making a mess on myself while I do it. Pajamas, blouses, pants, dresses... so many items in my wardrobe, if I haven't outgrown them, I've dropped food on them- food that was destined for my greedy, chubby lips.
