I can't believe I let it get this bad.
I've known that I need to do something about my weight for months. I made my "Weight Gain Intervention" video back in March. That was supposed to be my "scared straight," "enough is enough" moment. I was already feeling the effects of my weight gain- my lack of stamina, tightening clothing, the heaviness of my body.. And I was thinking about my tropical vacation in the Fall. If I had started getting in shape back in March, I just might be able to get down to 220 pounds before my vacation. That video was going to mark my wakeup call to be serious about dropping pounds.
I even signed up for a gym four months ago.
And, even though I've gone a few times, I'm actually ten pounds heavier than when I signed up! My "Fitness Assessment" was a total embarrassment. And I spent the next several months too humiliated to go back. I couldn't bring myself to show my pudgy, overfed body around all of those fit, disciplined gym members. I used to be one of them, and I knew how they were going to view me: Just another fatty trying to shed the weight. She'll disappear after a few weeks, to find comfort in fast food and sweets. And I did. I was paying every month for the gym- not going- and only getting heavier.
Meanwhile, things on Curvage have been going great!
I've been doing stuffings like crazy! Fast food, pizza, ice cream, footlong subs, and more. And I've been showing off just how unfit I've let my body become. All of these stuffings have been wrecking any attempts at weight-loss I could have made in the past few months. Each one stretches out my belly, causing me to overeat for days afterwards, just to feel full. But the response I've been getting from these fattening videos has encouraged me to make even more of them- adding inches to my waistline and pushing back my fitness goals week after week.
That's what this video is about.
I'm going to tell you what the past few months of stuffing instead of dieting have done to my figure and how I feel about it. I talk about how strong my cravings for food are, even when I'm trying to be good. And how my embarrassment about my size is contributing to my laziness and overeating. Then, I'll give you my measurements and my weight- and compare them to my previous figures. See how they've changed from when I was in my best shape to my heaviest, and from my recent weight loss to my even more recent weight gain. It's kind of messed up, but I hope that my absolute failure to lose weight turns you on.
