Soon after the introduction of the lesson, Alexis is ready to show the proper way to hit a female in the groin by using Sophia as her assistant. Alexis first begins to demonstrates the proper way to deliver a kick to a girls groin. Alexis kicks Sophia right between the legs and drops her to the floor. Alexis then begins to give a break down all the effects that Sophia is feeling. Sophia gets upset because Alexis hit her very hard. But Alexis brushes it off and tells Sophia to get over it. Sophia gets to her feet and Alexis begins with the next demonstration. Alexis then shows how to counter a punch by blocking and capitalizing with a knee to the girls groin. Alexis then blocks Sophia's punch and then knees her hard in the groin. Sophia drops to the floor in agonizing pain. After a few moments she finally manages to talk and yell at Alexis for hitting her so hard. Alexis tells Sophia to woman up and get back to her feet.
