Cupcake insists she doesn't know where Johnny is - she hasn't seen him in months and he may have hired a double to get back at Cupcake. Officer Kennedy still isn't swayed and is getting angrier by Cupcake's answers. He slaps her face a few times, causing Cupcake to cry out, before using a leather strap on Cupcake's legs - and then severe canings on her bare bottom as her thong dangles around her ankles. Cupcake is terrified, sniveling and cowering from Officer Kennedy but he's far from through. Pulling out his stun, Officer Kennedy zaps Cupcake's bare ass once, twice, three times until Cupcake is a shrieking mess.
