When you call her into your office, she's excited but slightly puzzled. She just believes in her commitment to customer care, and that everyone should be treated with attention to detail for their concerns. You reply that that's exactly why she deserves a promotion.
And then the moment of truth. Revealing you have a secret to share, you ask her to open your desk.
Even more puzzled, she pulls out your secret diaper stash. You reassure her this isn't a prank - that you're so impressed by her compassion that you want her to not only be her assistant, but you want her to be your caretaker for your secret ABDL life as well! You assure her that the promotion will include a raise six time her current pay, and that you've worn diapers underneath your business attire every day with no one the wiser.
She's flabbergasted. She's flattered, but unsure she's truly suited for the position. You ask her to stay open minded, remind her of the pay raise, and then urge her to put on a diaper to get her a little closer to your headspace as an ABDL. She's hesitant, but slowly agrees. Awkwardly she lifts her business skirt, and under your careful guidance she diapers herself! She stands, patting her newly padded bottom and admits she can sort of see the appeal. It's so comfortable! Seeing her shift, you confront her with the final test...you ask her to diaper you too now!
She's a little worried, but after you reassure her she grabs a new diaper, lifting your legs to remove your soggy old diaper and placing a fresh new one on you with the same care and attention to detail you know she's capable of. By the time she's finished, she's convinced! She even grabs your pacifier and airplanes it into your mouth, pinching your cheek and cooing.
Looks like your assistant is now also your caretaker in a much more intimate sense!
