Description
I've just been working out and now I am going to finish off with a cool down and stretch routine. When all of a sudden I start to feel my bladder pressing up against me while I do my exercises I need to pee, but I need to finish what I'm doing first. So I try to get through my routine the best I can, but it's getting too much the pressure is building especially when I do certain stretches. I lower my pants to release some pressure but it's no good I end up removing them all together and just pissing right there on my gym mat.. mmmm that's better.
