I honestly can't remember the last time I worked out so I decided to give it a try. It's hard to believe that at one time I was an athlete and over 100lbs lighter! Now I can barely make it through this little workout session. Watch me jiggle all over and get out of breath as I do jumping jacks. I look like such a little butter ball on the floor trying to to sit ups and push-ups. By the end I was so sweaty that I decided to cool off with some ice cream cake.
