As she did! Or, tried to anyway. Derek simply cannot comprehend why Ditria hates him for who he is, all he's done for her... which is why, he must beat into her that he's her newfound owner! Ditria will acknowledge Derek as her master, follow up every sentence with the (endearing, to him) term master, and talk to master Derek with respect.

What else should she have expected, anyway?! He was already planning on whipping, slapping, caning, and much more... the hell out of her feet! That'll teach her to go anywhere, ever again. Psychologically (as this experience is slowly becoming ingrained into her mind the more and more her feet bear) and physically (Ditria shouldn't even /want/ to be on her feet at this rate!), Ditria will soon succumb to Derek's might. His crazy tendencies are no match for a woman who's never been put through the ringer quite like this before.

Ditria whines, cries out, and pleads with Derek to go to her other foot, let her out... Derek doesn't care! He's having his fun being the maniac he's turned into over the years, all while her exclamations sounds like music to his ears and the faces she makes seem like missing puzzle pieces to the serotonin he's been missing out on. Seeing Ditria in pain, knowing she's going to be his for a little while longer, possibly forever. Is heaven.

At the end, once he's done brutalizing Ditria's feet by his own hands.., he chains her straightjacket to connectors above, and has her walk forward (or else) on all types of different spikey, metal things... screws, nails... you name it, with again reinforcing that he's Ditria's master, given she's still fucking that up!
