I'm at my therapy session and it's just not helping! They suggest to try being naked and talking about my problems. That's so inappropriate but if it does help I should try. I take off my shirt and shorts and I'm feeling so exposed! I can't take this embarrassment but he tells me to take off all my clothes so I do!
