You grab a bottle of Coke, drink a load of it and then burp loudly. Whilst continuing to smoke you take off the belts around your tummy and let the belly hang out. You get close to the camera with your tummy rubbing it with your hands holding the cigarette. The rest of the clip you sometimes eat chips from a bag, drink coke, burp and non stop smoke cigarettes (sometimes multiples) with the belly still hanging out, and talking about the truth you just revealed"
