You check if they have definitely ended the call, then you light up a cig and start eating, smoking and drinking soda (many burps). After a few mins you say you have another call coming in, you make yourself look good and hid the cig behind your back (I can see it as I am at the side of you). You talk to the caller for a min then check they ended the call before going back to eating and smoking. Improvise as much as you like. You light up another cig but then you see you have another call coming in, so you speed smoke the cig fast as you can before answering."
