He had never been kicked in the balls before so I build up his tolerance by first having him wear an athletic cup while I try different tools on it and do some kicking before having him take the cup off. After the cup is off, I use my tools on his balls in addition to kneeing, kicking, punching, and squeezing them while he groans and at one point even collapses onto the floor.
