I’m in my bedroom doing some exercise :) I’m wearing a black sports bra, a very tight pair of multi-coloured leggings, and my cute little feet are bare. I kneel on a mat and do some stretching, so that you can admire my shapely body as I loosen my muscles ;) I stand up and try some yoga positions, and I can feel that I’m going to have to relieve myself very soon indeed :D I grab the edge of the bed and begin doing some push ups, but this movement instantly triggers my bladder, because all of a sudden a liquid stream bursts out of my leggings! It makes a lovely gushing noise as it pours down...

It makes a lovely gushing noise as it pours down and soaks the mat underneath me, but I don’t stop what I’m doing for a second! Instead I just continue doing my push ups as if nothing were happening! When I’m finished spraying, I do more exercises on the now soggy mat, which gets my back nice and wet too. I’d definitely recommend soaking your clothing as part of a healthy lifestyle ;)
