I figured before I ran back to my bedroom to change my shirt I would go and try to express some of the leaky milk out. While I was pushing the milk out of my super tender breast I learned how to spray the milk! Up until now, the milk had kind of just dropped out of the tips of my nipple which has been causing some serious backup causing my tits to swell and become super painful. I need to get a darn breast pump is what I need to do already!
