Part of my daily routine to stay flexible includes making sure I stretch myself out every day, and everything feels better naked! So completely nude I stretch out my hypermobile joints, extending my arms, legs and back and feeling the delicious ache in my muscles. You might be suprised how flexible I am for a fatty, pulling my feet up to my head with ease, but I just hope you enjoy the view and imagine all the fun positions I could stretch into ;)
