I'm waiting for my friend to get here to go jogging with me but they're running late! I'm all ready with my sneakers and shorts on, but I just have to sit here until they arrive. As I grow more impatient I start to tap my toes, banging my toes and heel down onto the ground faster and faster the longer I wait. It makes my thighs jiggle and my calves bounce up and down delightfully, and you have a front row seat to the whole show! Enjoy watching my muscles shake as I tap away ;)
