I've felt a summer cold coming on for a little while now and the easiest way to get this, tickling feeling out of my sinuses is to out some good ole fashioned sneezes. I use my q-tip and wiggle it around inside my nose until I feel that awesome, release building up. I let it out all over my mirror in one big burst after another until my poor mirror is totally covered in snot & spit and my nose feels a little bit better.
