Begin with mouth closeup (or blindfolded with small holes so that I am not allowed to see your eyes). "you know something I really enjoy doing is playing with my Uvula. It's sssssoooo much fun. Let'sssssss get a closer look. Hopefully it randomly produces a good amount of saliva." Use the endoscope to get super closeup to your Uvula and tonsils. Describe each action or movement, then do it and describe the movement in a mouth closeup. Say "Aaaahh, hahahahaha (laughing)," vibrato with different pitches, coughing, k sounds, hard g (like "gullet") sounds, harsh kh sounds, breathing out in such a way that it flaps really fast (do this for at least 30 seconds maybe sometimes sounding like a Kh sound or something). A bunch of coughing and throat clearing to make it dance and make your tonsils contract. Maybe for each movement/sound randomly flex your tonsils to show what it looks like with tonsils relaxed, tonsils touching, and tonsils flexing. Please also say commentary of your very large and beautiful and flexible tonsils and that you are flexing them and how that is affecting your Uvula.
I think I remember seeing your Uvula vibrate up and down or vibrate into itself, maybe when your throat getting tensed up? Maybe you can demonstrate and explain.
Show all the different ways you can flex your Uvula, throat, and tonsils to open the throat way up sideways or vertically, super tight so that the tonsils clap and squish together and squish the Uvula or it to squeeze out, and finally show all the different ways you can flex your Uvula at will. I wonder if you can make it wiggle side to side between your vibrating tonsils.
"now let's play with my Uvula by touching and tickling it." Make sure nails are not too sharp. Reach back with your finger and play with it pushing it every which way. Side to side, up and down, back and forth. Try to gently pinch it. Gently massage it and see what happens. Start saying Aaaahh and ahahahahaha to make it jump while you are touching it. Try to make it vibrate and tense and flex your tonsils while you are playing with it. During all of this, randomly flex your tonsils. Continue interjecting mouth closeup commentary on what you are doing and how the Uvula is reacting.
Hopefully you still get tonsil stones. You can describe what pressing on your tonsils do to your throat and Uvula. You can say something like "I enjoy playing with my Uvula with the tool as I am getting my tonsil stones out." Then do so. Hopefully you can use the endoscope to go behind or below the Uvula. The final sound if you can do it will be the Uvular Trill or French R. I really want to see how the Uvula moves or vibrates for this sound and to make it long. Keep doing long uvular trills with some endoscope views for at least a minut"
