The request was for a long fingernail tickling scene that started mild and built up intensity to a begging to stop pitch.

Well...... That happens in this clip for sure, but instead of a one and done rev up, I start out slow and rev up the tickling multiple times until the slave is heaving and shaking begging for the tickling to stop.
