But of course, that's not exactly what happened......see it's been a very very long time since I had anywhere near that level of activity. My ignorance is quickly thrown right back at me as I see just how out of shape I've gotten. It's as if all my gluttony just physically manifested. At any rate, I try to keep going, even if I'm turning red and panting. I try modifying the stepper by sitting on the couch, after all, standing way too hard. However, that soon become too much of a hassle too, I mean I am still trying to lift these massive cellulite-ridden lard thighs. But after what feels like an eternity (but in actuality is just a few short minutes), I give up. It's too much work.....too much effort. I can't really be bothered with all that, in fact, I should probably be more careful, I could give my heart a real shock trying to do that kind of activity. When everything is said and done I end up right back where I belong.....sitting on my rapidly expanding ass.
