As it begins it steam up, I add some tea tree oil and start to hover my face over it, breathing in the steam through both nostrils and then one nostril at a time which makes me break out into a cough. You can hear how stuffy my nose is but I can feel it loosening up so after a little while, I blow really hard and tonnes of snot comes out, dangling down from my face. I soak up some more steam and then grab some tissues to try and blow the rest of it out, showing you the result. My nose feels a bit more clear but I think I'm going to have to do this again later because there's just so much snot stuck up there!
