Melissa was state champion wrestler a few years and wanted to try out her hand on grappling.She didnt know to submit only pin her opponents so we trained her and filmed the training as well.She did well especially throwing Reggie around the mats and moving him at ease and although Reggie gave her a hard time she was still able to submit him once she learned the techniques.
