With Wonder Woman out of town on a mission in New York, Drusilla (Diana's younger step-sister, visiting from Paradise Island) wants to help out in the war on crime but doesn't really have the experience needed to really go out on her own solo missions. Although she has her own costume and set of superpowers, she's woefully ignorant of the ways of men and of spies in particular. She discovers a plot involving the mysterious Baroness Von Gunther and a special key that Von Gunther wears around her neck... a key which works on the concealed locking mechanisms hidden within the prison walls. Using the special key after lights-out, the Baroness is able to leave the prison at will using a network of hidden passageways as long as she's able to return by morning in time for the 0600 inspection.

Drusilla discovers that the Baroness' former liaisons with the French/Prussian intelligence-gathering group known as the Ob'vaire, are coordinating activity with millionaire industrialist Arthur Deal III (who obviously wants to become a major player in Germanic politics should America lose the second world war.) Wonder Girl, using precise muscle control in her larynx, is able to impersonate General Blankenship's voice and uses the phone to get information about a license plate that Drusilla had seen earlier that evening leaving the prison compound. Suspecting Arthur Deal's involvement with the Ob'vaire and the Baroness, Wonder Girl goes to investigate but gets a spritzing of napping gas as soon as she arrives on Arthur's estate. onto the floor, the napping amazon princess lies weakened and helpless as the Baroness comes to gloat over her defeated archenemy. Stripping Drusilla of her feminum bracelets keeps the titan defenseless against the sidearms of both the Baroness and Arthur Deal, and she is quickly interrogated and brutally.

Snapping under the intense punishment regiment of the Baroness (which includes harsh crotch slapping, spanking, face slaps, and breast-mauling) the young and defenseless Drusilla begins to cry uncontrollably during her beatings, unable to handle the pain and agony of further interrogations. Wonder Girl is soon placed in very strong steel chains developed by the Germanic powers. These chains have been tempered in a very special way so as to be unbreakable... even by elephants! Unable to break free even with her super-strength, the and punishment continues and when the Baroness tries to remove Wonder Girl's sexy red boots as a personal prize, Drusilla (still sobbing uncontrollably) kicks her several times in furious anger! This enrages the Baroness and the Germanic supervillain brutally bitchsmacks the chained and helpless Wonder Girl across the face several times, knocking her senseless and beating her to within an inch of her life. What can Wonder Girl do when she's defenseless and interrogated by two extremely evil criminals? Can she break free from the chains? Can she get her bracelets back? Is there any hope at all?
