However, during the night, an uninvited guest infiltrates the hospital department where she’s located. A female vampire Kelly Collins appears and starts feeding on the plasma of another patient, Ashby Winter. Once she has feasted on Ashby, Kelly bites her neck to turn her into a vampire as well, in hopes of recruiting more followers.

She continues the mission by entering Tabitha’s room, there she approaches her neck with long canine teeth, and just inches away from piercing Tabitha’s skin, she gets frozen in place. Kelly has become the victim herself, she has awoken Tabitha, an alien tentacle mothership with a mission of her own. Kelly’s wrists are soon bound by long tentacles, and her mouth is plugged with another one, getting filled with alien cum and becoming Tabitha’s puppet.
