The last one did not exactly live up to expectations but this one comes highly recommended though understand he has a very unique style. Always up for a challenge so why not try his Back to Basics method of getting in shape. Certainly does not look like any trainer I have met but why not, he is supposed to be very good at what he does and method of getting there. Talk about an extreme workout. Whatever happened to just helping by holding my ankles with sit-ups? May need to go for this workout again though....did kind of enjoy it.
