There is a serious hitch hiker problem around town and there is someone out to stop it. Artemis is one of those problems who needs to be eliminated. After a long night out, Artemis needs to get home but cannot find a ride until the vigilante tickler finds their next target.

Finally finding a ride, Artemis happily jumps into her last hitch. She finds herself hogtied in the backseat of the car, barely out of the public's eye and taken to her captors place. A few hours she awakens once again hogtied on the bed...

There is a serious hitch hiker problem around town and there is someone out to stop it. Artemis is one of those problems who needs to be eliminated. After a long night out, Artemis needs to get home but cannot find a ride until the vigilante tickler finds their next target.

Finally finding a ride, Artemis happily jumps into her last hitch. She finds herself hogtied in the backseat of the car, barely out of the public's eye and taken to her captors place. A few hours she awakens once again hogtied on the bed, and her soles are mercilessly tickled. The next scene she finds herself bound in pantyhose, her feet once again exposed and tickled. Her big toes are then bound together to further restrict her feet, and then given Bastinado. Her feet are then written on before the vigilante continues with tickling and bastinado before their fun has finished.

The last scene sees Artemis struggling in the tub, her feet raised above her. The captor then cleans off her dirty feet, tickling them with a scrub. Artemis struggles and struggles but cannot escape, eventually submitting to her captor. The vigilante then marks her victim, writing on the expired soles.
