She sips coconut milk from her bottle as she pats her diaper throughout the time you're hanging out with her. She also feeds some of her stuffies milk from her bottle. towards the end she stands up to show you her diaper close up and then tinkles! She feels her warm and wet diaper, then sits back down and sips on more milk. She thanks you for hanging out with her then continues sipping on her bottle.
