In this clip Ultra Vixen (Randy Moore) awakens to find herself tied securely to the bed. There is a large ball strapped in her mouth. Emily is hovering over her and explains what is going to happen. There is a vibrator tied to her crotch and it is going to come on 8 times. On the 8th time - BOOM! Its going to blow her mind. literally!
