The patient had suffered a broken arm when he gets to the hospital the nurse takes him in and explains to him that he suffered a concussion as well so she's going to have to give him some medicine. After she gives him the medicine she realizes that she forgot to tell him that he would have some hallucinations, but he quickly falls resting. He doesn't realize he is dreaming when hes waken up in his dream by Morgana and Lady Velvet. They explained to him that because of covid-19 they are not allowed to come in and visit him but they took the nurse and tied her up and threw her in the broom closet so now no one will hear him scream. The two girls get up on the bed and decide to start stomping him and kicking him in the balls, all the mean while laughing at him and telling him they hope they don't cause any more damage to his already broken arm. After the girls have had their fun kicking him they decide to take his get-well cake and smash it into pieces with their toes and soles. The girls stomp on that cake so much it turns into a paste encrusted in between their toes.

The following sequence of the dream consists of toe wiggling and foot scrunching and close-ups of wrinkled soles until he starts to finally come to. He sees his nurse trying to wake him up and she explains to him that he had been screaming something about cakes and toes and she would just wanted to let him know that it was all a bad dream and that he was safe.
