I've been working hard on my apnea training and I wanted to have a practice in open water. I have my new long free dive fins and it’s my first time in the water with them. Holy moly do they make you move haha!

The water is still cold so I think that affects how long I can hold my breath but I am definitely improving. Watch me duck dive below the surface and explore under the waves. The fins make me absolutely fly under the water which feels amazing, sometimes gracefully and sometimes not so much, especially when I crash into a rock!
