There are some simple postures, ways of sitting, standing, walking that read 'feminine' and that will strip away your masculinity. Today we are going to begin your posture training with three exercises. You'll learn how to sit in a chair, how to stand/walk, and how to do a sissy curtsey. Nothing needed except two legs you can stand on.

Practice these postures over and over and you'll find yourself slowly becoming more sissified, more feminine and more obedient to my control. People around you will notice the difference but won't be able to pin point the what the change is. But they'll know you're a sissy... and so will you.
