Only have your face, neck and bare shoulders in cam view please with hands by sides at all times. Step 1 and 2, the first minute face cam, keep your head tilted as far back and do some swallowing/gulping sounds then the next minute turn body to the side and repeat. Lastly Step 3 is the continuous exercise, keep arching/throwing your head back on the snare drum sound of the song, so every snare hit you hear that's when you perform the arch/throw back. Please not too hard, keep your body straight and the neck loose and make it as dramatic as you like.
